Is the clear ruler included with this? I can't see from the picture if it is there. Get back to me with this info and a paypal address and I will make this happen. I don't need the right height gauge, but I can find someone at the track that can use it.

If you are talking about the clear piece that does the toe in and toe out yes that comes with it. It is at the bottom of the case.
