TC4 club racer...never been raced

I am selling this for a friend...it was built but never put on a track, will come with a set of tires mounted on rims(i believe for usgt class)
$140 or best reasonable offer..

TC4 Still available...$100 shipped for a never run car with tires on rims and I will toss in an unpainted McAllister, daytona prototype corvette body. Ready to go except for your electrics .
