brand new complete+completely assembled with choice of shift point,low medium high.just add the extra second speed pinion gear with also a brand new first gear pinion,install the output shaft in place of your single speed output shaft and your off! also replaced bolts with stronger.mine has been going great for over three gallons.on medium setting pulls wheels off the ground when it shifts,first picture is how it will be received,,,,,,,,,,,,,$130+shipping
