Why? Because
The shocks are sold except for the bleeder caps the buyer wanted the original TLR caps instead so now I'm posting just the bleeder caps for sale. As for your question about giving them away.....your more than welcome to pay more. But I think $20 is a fair asking price due to the slight blemishes on the caps.
