Default Hitec X4 DC Quad Charger

I have a like new Hitec X4 charger. It comes with 4 charge leads and one balance extension. There is a slot on each port for balancing. It will ship in original box with manual and plastic still over the screen. $old

In my opinion it is much better. The 245 will only charge 2S and 3S while this sucker will let you go all the way to 6S. You also can fine tune the AMPS you are putting in in (i.e. you can set the charge rate for 4.3A or 3.9) where as the 245 does 1.5. 3.0 and 5.0, if I recall correctly.

Thanks for the input guys. The onyx is also a 2 port charger while the Hitec can charge 4 at once. It can do 6amps also while the onyx does 5amps max.

6 amps on 1s or 2s not on 3s
Key is 50 watts max per channel or 6amps, whichever comes first so 3s 50/11.1=4.5 amps, 4s 50/14.8=3.37 amps etc.

The real advantage this charger has over the onyx 245 is the storage and discharge modes and no ac ripple going to your batteries.
