Barracuda R2 PALand R3 for sale...
k... since i havent run them in fo-ev-a, i think ill part with 'em. here is a list:
1) Alex Barracuda R2 Blue with PAL drive conversion... listed hopups on the car:
Ti turnbuckles
Blue clamp hexes
light carbon drive (for the PAL
diff for the front, along with the oneway
hex stainless screws throughout
alum shaft holders
2 of the offset pivot balls currently on front
spare parts are-
rear hubs, 2-L hard, 1-L reg, 1-R hard, 1-R reg
front c-hubs - 2-L hard, 1-L reg
2 lightly used steering blocks
Yokomo Graphite steering arms, direct replacement for the stock
spring pairs - 3-5.25, 1-5.50, 2-5.75, 2-6.0, 1-6.25... all 1.4 dia.
2 1.0 swaybars
bag of small parts, pivot balls, swaybar hardware, stock drive setup, aluminum shaft for the PAL, 1 long diff half (broken!)
car belonged to Ron Schuur before me, so some may know him. very nice car, chassis in good shape, with a few light scratches. only thing wrong with it is that both diffs have the little end rings broken... although, i ran it with 19T like this, and didnt seem to bother it. probably be fixed well with those Yokomo sleeves, just never ordered them yet.
dont really wanna think about how much $$ i put into it... but im looking to get 250 shipped.

next is the R3, red version with sparkle chassis.. it is mainly kit parts, but with:
short reg arms
aluminum shaft holders
stainless hex screws thoughout
red Pal steering rack
red aluminum cvd's
1 pr offset pivots, on the rear for toe
1 full set long arms
orig steel cvd's
car was ran a handful of times, still in very good shape. has very light scuffs on bottom, as we ran on asphalt.
as above, i hate to add it up.... looking for 200 shipped.
about the only trades i could use are a nice motor lathe, or maybe a BK2 or MF2 offroader. pics will be up shortly. thanks!
