Paypal decided to put a 21 day hold on funds coming into my brand new account (first and last time I use paypal) 
I have decided to put my items on consignment at the lhs. Paypal wants me to ship everything then they will give me my money after 21 days, not happening Sorry.
Looks like this is becoming a problem with new paypal accounts.
