Default Postal Fraud

If you used a US postal money order you can go to your
post office and talk to the post master, they will initiate
an investigation - this is a federal crime.

I had a guy try to screw me on an MRX3. I used a PO MO
the post office did an investigation and he choked up the money
or they were going to pursue charges. If you have the juice
you can burn this guy - do it for yourself and all of us, or stop complaining!

You are wasting your tiime trying to contact him yourself - that's why you bought a PO MO

Don't give up on pursuing the traking of the money order. Postal mo's are harder to track than one from Western Union for example. Did you have tracking on the envelope to be sure he got it? Get the local authorities involved also-they can be your biggest assett. Do you have all of you emails about the transaction? If so, great!! Save them to a disc so if by some odd-ball chance of a computer failure...you still have them.

Everyone that does business online either through a forum like this or ebay or whatever always takes the risk of the deal turning south....but it just plain SUCKS

Don't forget to leave a post over at 'trader feedback' about this! It might keep someone else from getting burnt!!

Whenever I do a deal on the net, I use paypal. I know some people do not like paypal, but it has saved me $,$$$.00 Before. I sent a couple grand to a person for some items and if I would have used anything else, I would have lost everything. The person had sold the item to other people and collected from 4 others besides the ones that did buy. It took about 2 weeks, but I got back every penny I sent. I will not send a M/O unless is it for an amount that I am sure I will not miss. A M/O to me is like buying a scratch off lottery ticket.
