Losi 8ight 2.0 for sale with lots of extras.
I'm thinning my RC collection some more, with hopes of freeing up some funds for my other hobby, so I've decided to put my Losi 8ight 2.0 up for sale. This is a great buggy, in excellent shape. It's been lightly driven, never raced, never jumped, never abused. It's practically brand new, having just completed the engine break-in, with about 1 and 1/4 gallons of fuel through it.
I'd like to sell this as a package deal. Bear in mind my asking price reflects things as a package deal and their is a considerable investment in the equipment and the buggy together.
Here's what you get -
Losi 8ight 2.0
O.S. .28XZ engine
O.S. T2060SC tuned pipe
Futaba 2.4GHz R603FS 3-Channel Receiver
Futaba S9157 servos for both steering and throttle/brake
Much More Racing 1500 mili-amp 5 cell, 6 volt receiver pack
Losi 8ight starter box
Losi 8ight unpainted body with decal sheets
Losi 8ight painted body with decal sheets (new)
Losi 8ight painted body, which was run on the buggy
Losi spring kits for the front and rear shocks (complete and brand new)
Losi lexan mud guards for the rear suspension arms and CVDs
DE Racing molded plastic mud guards brand new
Manual and all spare parts and hardware included
J Concepts 1/8 scale buggy Rulux wheels (white) with Pro-Line Badlands tires (not even glued yet)
The engine runs like a top. Very reliable, very consistant. Holds a tune extremely well. Just over a gallon of fuel through it. Broken in using the heat cycle method. No leaks, starts and idles well. It's still tight and has a lot of pinch. I've always used a heat gun to warm the block and head before starting. It's close to being dialed in. I took my time and have slowly been sneaking up on the optimum tune. There is still some left in it, and temps have never been over 240 degrees. It's ready to be dialed in a run hard.
I really hate to sell this, as it's the best handling RC I have ever owned and is a good combination of parts. You could not duplicate it for my asking price. Looking to get an even $1,000 plus shipping. Questions, feel free to ask!

Bump for the weekend.
Someone asked me what I'd sell this for, as a roller only. I will consider selling it this way. No electronics, what so ever, no engine or pipe either. Bare bones race roller with the bodies and none of the extras - $540 shipped inside the lower 48 states.

How much for motor?

I don't have any intentions of selling the engine or pipe separately right now. I will remove it from the buggy if someone wants the buggy as a roller, but the engine is something I can use on another model, so I will hang onto it. Same goes for the electronics.

Thought I'd reduce the prices again. I'm a little surprised no one seems interested.
