The guy is a douche, I sent him a PM requesting Paypal info 4 minutes after he posted this last night. Same result. I think he's a crook or scammer. I knew it was too good to be true.

yeah.. it's weird he sent me the paypal address and i recognized the paypal from a sale a looong time ago under a different user name- JPcopeland1 and asked if he could do local sale- bought something from him long time ago locally. i offered him cash for local pickup and he didn't respond until he put sold on this thread for both escs...

You told me the same thing the day before when I sent the invoice, I will pay you when I get home and you never paid. I assumed you bailed out so I cancelled the invoice and put the speed controls back up for sale.

Did any money exchange hands? No. Does this mean Im a crook or scammer when no money has exchanged hands? no.

no i never told you that the day before i sent you a pm at 2 am yesterday morning tuesday morning that i would take it and send you the money when i got home...you sent me invoice about 5 am yesterday morning tuesday morning i checked email on my phone ..at about 1 pm yesterday tuesday i checked email and you cancelled invoice...i had no way to get on paypal from my phone to pay you thats why i was gonna pay you when i got home ...and dont make me look like i didnt pay or wasnt going pay you never did give me a chance to pay you
