Dontion Thread! Look!
All right then. Some one deleated the old donation thread, so I figured I might as well take the oppurtunity to create a new one. Only a few basic rules apply to this thread, which were the same as the last one.
Rules: 1. This is not a trade thread. Therefore, if you are looking to trade, go to the trade thread.
2. No foul language or put downs
3. Be kind to others, if you don't have anything productive to say, keep your mouth shut and don't post.
4. NO ONE IS IN CHARGE OF THIS THREAD, INCLUDING ME. WE ARE ALL HERE TO SPREAD THE JOY OF RC HOBBIES, NOT TO PLAGIRISE AND ANNOY OTHERS IN NEED.
5. Have fun!
By the way, kudos to the other guy who originally brought up the other thread. Thank you!

The other thread was deleted because of the bickering, and the fact that it isn't a sale/trade ad. Keep it clean and stay calm.

I dont see these threads workin out. Not startin any s&^%. Just sayin. The last one seemed like there was alot of givin and takin by the same few people. I wont mention any specific members. I just was watchin the last few pages and it seemed like the same person(s) where askin and collecting alot. But good luck with your donation thread!

The last donation thread worked well for a while. Here's what needs to happen for this to work. If people follow these few simple rules, this can be a great opportunity for us as a community to help each other out.
1. State what you have to give. Make sure that what you say you will give, you're willing to give with NOTHING coming back to you other than the shipping cost from the person who is getting it.
2. It's okay to ask for something specific, but ONLY if you've done rule #1. Other people on here might have it but not think about listing that specific item.
3. DO NOT LINK RULE 1 & RULE 2. This is not a trade forum. This is a donation forum: Translation: You are offering to give things away for free to people in need.
4. It's okay to browse the postings and request something without donating it BUT DO NOT POST SIMPLY ASKING FOR THINGS without also donating.
This thread turned into a trading/begging post last time. If everyone follows these simple 4 rules, this can be beneficial. I gave away a number of brushed ESC's, motors and batteries in the past. I also received a few items, but they were never as a trade and when I posted what I had to give, I didn't expect anything in return.
