I dont mean to be a smart A**, but just by simply clicking on the second picture it would reveal all your troubled thoughts. But to answer your questions :

YES these tires are made for the rear of any make and model 1/10th scale buggy 2wd or 4wd, electric or nitro powered vehicles which has a 2.2 inch inner diameter wheel.
Green compound which is one of the softest rubber compound JConcepts has to offer. Probably softer than Losi's red compound.

I hope this info helps solve many mysteries. LOL
