Default Kyosho TF-5 Stallion roller or VTA setup

For sale is a well maintained Kyosho TF-5 Stallion. I bought it used, rebuilt everything, and set it up for Vintage Trans-Am (VTA) spec racing. I can include a Havoc 2S with the 25.5 motor with only about 10 packs through it. This car comes in well below the minimum weight which allows the driver to strategically place ballast weight. VTA was my favorite on-road class. Only reason I am selling is because the local on-road track is getting replaced with an 1/8th scale off-road track. This car looks so good; I have considered taking it to work just to display.

I have added a Parma hard foam front bumper which extends the full width of the body. It does an excellent job at protecting the front suspension. I have a lot of spares new in bag, see below, but I still haven't broken a thing on the car. The front outdrives are a little beat up. The previous owner didn’t realize the ‘blades’ were missing. I put new blades and it still works just fine. The roller alone will come with a practice body and some rubber slicks.

If you go for the VTA setup, I will include the Novak VTA system, Hitec servo (HS-5625MG), VTA wheels/tires, and a painted '66 Mustang GT body. Apparently, I applied too much pressure when I was scoring the liquid mask and the body has cracked along a paint line. I applied some tape to keep the piece from flapping around and it doesn’t seem to have any ill effect. Front tires are worn and the rear tires are about 50% worn.

Roller, body, wheels, and parts: SOLD

Thanks for looking. Send me a PM for pictures.

I could trade for a Hyper 10tt, E-maxx, Savage, Revo. I just need a roller. I have a Castle 1717, I want to try out...

I already own an 1/8th e-truggy, crawler, 2wd truck, 4wd buggy, short course.
