Does it come with tires and body? Are you willing to ship to a military address?

Yes it does since our FPO(Fleet Post Office) is located in San Francisco. It's the same as shipping to a U.S. address since we use US zip code(96349). The only difference is the shipper needs to fill out a customs form stating the contents of the package.

By the way, how many gallons does the truggy on the right has? WHat are the diffferences between the two aside from the price? Thanks.
