it is stolen.. the OP never sent his truck to the sender. so the sender is going to file a mail fraud on the OP for failure to send.

I had absolutely no idea of any of this till right now guys! berwick nitro contacted me via a pm on a listing for a losi 8ight that a friend of mine had listed on here for me and wanted to know about a trade. We shipped to each other just like any trade deal goes down on here and thought all was good. I then decided i didnt really want to run buggy class and wanted to concentrate more on truggy and short course so i listed it back on here for trade offers. This is all completely news to me!

If you shipped you need to STOP the shipment..... no matter what it IS Stolen property and needs returned to the owner and you need to get ahold of Brad and get your buggy back............ If you don't stop shipment of stolen property it could come back and get you also now that you know it is stolen

I dont know what else to say guys..the deal between myself and berwicknitro was completely on the up and up as far as I knew. The buggy has already been traded and shipped without any prior knowlege of this deal between berwicknitro and the previous owner of it. you need to get in contact with berwicknitro and get the vehicle from him that you had originally traded for.

Guys I appreciate the help but the buggy has traded hands too much and I believe what roadking is saying. I just don't want Brad (berwicknitro) to be able to sell/trade anymore, I want it to be know he is a scammer, not all the time but he will try to scam people if he has the chance, as I gave him without tracking the package.
I wish Alabama wasn't such a far drive for me. 16 hours is a bit much.
