What size Lipos will it hold

Can't tell from pics - how much space is there? What size lipos will it hold?

Did you need a tray or strap system?

Strapping the battery in will be the most secure way to keep it in there. There looks to be enough room in there for a brick type battery, but I do not have one to test. I used a 3200 Orion with no problems.
