I dont know exactly. I have not taken it apart but I know the wheels are locked up and dont move. Like maybe a gear chipped off and got stuck or something. Its probably a simple fix.

hey send me an email an if u would take it apart to see i had one an had a pro with the idlre gear bought the alum onewell i got two the place i ordeed it from messed up any way i have a high roller that i can use thae parts for thats y im asking i need a diff gear my email is [email protected] oh yea i dont supose u got any tires for it do ya
