castle motors & esc's w/tekno conv.

interested in picking up the motors, esc's and tekno conversion. Is there any room for price reduction on all? I am not trying to low-ball but I have seen the tekno kit for less than $50.00 and the castle stuff seems real close to retail. Do you have reciepts ? (for warranty purposes) If I am out of line or incorrect just let me know. I am new to the hobby. Thanks
