i used to have problems like this until I went with a first come first serve policy. First one to pay gets the goods. I only accept paypal for this reason as well... rarely do i take money orders. I had just sold my Mars R radio and some kid said he sent me a money order so I said fine... never shows up, he said he put the wrong address on by mistake (yah right) and then he asks if i'll send COD. I was born at night but not last night, know what I mean? :P
