I have used this fine used Futaba 3PM radio and its 2 used receivers for a couple years. No problems. All 2.4 GHz. There are 8 AA rechargeable cells in the transmitter that may be getting along in age, but work fine. These items have been used in indoor and outdoor racing in electric vehicles and have never been under water or anything unusual. Receiver wires are full length. Everything is right. I have this Futaba and a Spektrum setup, so I am just consolidating to one brand right now.

You will find this kind of radio transmitter and receiver pair is going for about $180 NEW. Extra receivers go for about $90 NEW. So, you might be looking at $270 NEW for all this.

No need to lowball, as its not a fire sale. Trades aren't the main goal here, but maybe, maybe, maybe micro Spektrum receivers or some top-line tenth-scale electronics.

If you sell the receivers separate I would make an offer for the TX

If you offer on the TX, that would leave me with some sellable receivers, so a TX-only offer is always welcome, too.
