Carbon fiber tc-4 cobra lathe plus extras

I have a TC4 with a BMC Racing carbon fiber chassis and a bunch of extra parts. I dont know much about any of this stuff. I bought it on a whim from a guy that needed money. Before I used it I decided to buy a 1/16 e-revo then the 1/10 e-revo a few months later,so this has just sat. I have tested the car and all the motors,extra esc,lathe,and brush motor. All work. The on off switch was broke on the extra esc so I cut it and hooked the wires together. The guy I bought it from raced it. He told me that is why there is tape on the tires,something about helping it drift. So I guess it would need new rims and tires. Not sure why but 1 rim has a small chunk cut out of it and the tire. As for the batteries I have no clue if they are still good. I havent charged them. Some read 0 volts few (2-3) read 1plus volts but most read .6 to .7 volts. The guy told me to cycle them and they would be ok, but I have no clue. so the batteries if you want them will be free if not I will just throw them out. I haven't used the battery charger,The guy said he used it with a car battery. I dont know anything about the extra brushes or the brush spings. The extra body has monting hole in it but not sure what for as it needs different holes to fit the car.

Open to offers!!!!! As I said before not really sure what its worth so if my price is off please let me know.

Not really for sale but if someone offered the right price I would sell the 1/16 e-revo.

It has rpm a-arms all round (rear still need put on) and the traxxas hop-up shocks with black/tan springs. Just put on new esc and 3 channel 2.4 radio and receiver. The charger in the e-Revo pics isnt for sale.

Im not wanting to part it out at this time.

Please no low ball offers. I have got offer for under $100 on this. I will keep it or trade it in for credit at the hobby shop before I let it go for that.
