FS: Tamiya TA05 Roller w/ spares
This is the original TA05 - my trusty RCGT car that has been collecting dust. The car is not perfect, but nothing is broken and it just needs a couple of small parts, some TLC, and your electronics to hit the track. The shocks and diff could use a rebuild. Chassis has typical scrapes from running outdoors.
Upgrades and modifications include:
-Tamiya carbon fiber shock towers
-Tamiya spool up front
-Tamiya sway bar kit front + rear
-Serpent S400 threaded aluminum shocks
-Serpent S400 threaded steel turnbuckles
-Entire car converted to hex head hardware (got rid of all the Phillips head screws!)
-Chassis wall was slotted near the motor to fit my speedo
-Battery brace was dremeled down to fit my lipos
-Includes the pictured set of HPI mesh wheels + X-Pattern tires with some life left
The car does not come with any springs! But it has everything else needed including the servo mounts and battery strap. Add springs and electronics and it's ready to go. Also included are the following spare parts:
-2 front steering knuckles
-2 front C-hubs
-2 rear uprights
-2 front arms
-2 rear arms
-an extra battery strap
...though I doubt you'll need them. Nothing has ever broken on this car!
