Brushless SC10 (RTR version) Spektrum Rx w/Lipo battery
I have for sale an Associated brushless Ready-to-Run SC10. I purchased this SC10 new in July 2010 and it has only been raced, never bashed. The SC10 is in excellent condition; in fact I’ve never broken anything on the vehicle thus far. I recently refreshed the gear diff with new grease and rebuilt all the shocks.
I no longer have the stock RTR AE transmitter and receiver. This truck will come with a Spektrum SR300 sport receiver. If you have a Spektrum compatible transmitter, this will be a bind and drive package.
Included with the SC10 is an Orion 5400 40C Hard Case Lipo battery. The battery is only 4 months old as I purchased it at the same time I bought the SC10. The battery is in excellent shape and was balanced with every single charge. The battery is actually made specifically for the Revo and it’s extremely long. I didn’t realize this until after I brought the battery home. I had to remove the stock foam pad from the battery tray because the battery takes up the entire length of the tray. The stock battery strap configuration wouldn’t work with this battery, so I flipped the battery strap around and screwed both ends into the battery strap mounting holes which works perfectly for this battery (I was so pleased with my ingenuity). This worked out well because in our local stock class you must run the SC10 with only stock components. The weight distribution of this battery actually gave the truck a distinct handling advantage. The only drawback is that it’s easier to charge the battery in the truck because otherwise you have to remove and reinstall 4 screws each time you need to charge it.
The truck will come with a brand new Stock AE custom painted championship edition body, a used custom painted JConcepts body, as well as the stock tires. By custom pained, I mean that I painted the bodies myself; don’t worry they came out pretty well.
Asking $250 shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. I’m firm on the price because it will cost me at least $20 to ship a truck of this size and weight. Although pictured, the SC10 will not come with the personal transponder or red springs. I will put the stock silver and green springs back on the truck. I typically ship the same day payment is received, but not more than 1 business day after payment is received. I use the U.S. Postal Service and I always provide insurance and delivery confirmation. My trader rating here and on eBay (Williards) is perfect, so buy with confidence.
