Im just chimming in.
I can tell by the looks of the motor its the newer one. Your looking for the solid one piece blue motor can w/o the silver plate around the motor shaft end correct? The older one from the non-waterproof models is what your avoiding. But it looks to be the one you want.
And the older non waterproof ESC has female plugs on the esc itself. This one looks to be sealed there.
