Maybe a silly question, but does it come with foam tires? Also, if I were to do this, how would we arrange the transaction? Do you ever race in Illinois / Wisconsin? I am definitely interested.

But seriousely-I have a deal pending!!
Kdagh1-Again deal pending-ON the tires-I could throw some in-but to be honest-I have been giving a ton of foam tires to novices, etc at track to burn-up. Dont have much left.
