I told this guy I would buy the buggy last night. And asked if I could send the payment Friday. Checked my Pm's today before I went to work..no response.. I got back from work and had 2 pm's from him the first saying:
"Well, nope. Alot tire kickers but no takers yet. I can do the $100 shipped Friday via paypal, but to be fair to me if someone says, "Hey I want it now" I'm going sell it before then"
then the second saying
" B4 sold today with everything. Thanks for interest. "
He never gave me a chance to counter offer or send him the money today or even a fair heads up because by the time I saw the first Pm it had already sold. I guess "sale pending" means nothing to this guy!!

@eds24 I read your post earlier today and thought to myself exactly what vr6cj just stated. I went through the thread and looked for a "sale pending" statement and say nothing. And he didn't state "sale pending" in a PM to you either cuz you quoted what he said which also said nothing about "sale pending" In today economy cash in-hand takes it over cash on Friday "maybe".

I understand he never said that it was sale pending. But I said that I would take it and he did agree. That puts into a "sale pending" state.
Its common courtesy to give the person who said he would buy the item a fair opportunity to buy the item. I told him I would take the item and would pay for it. If he really wanted cash today I could have sent it to him. If he wanted full price I would have given it to him. But like I said I was at work and didn't see the pm's until I got home and so instead of waiting till I replied to the Pm or waited a bit of time..he just went a head and sold it. It just would have been nice to have a better heads up about the situation before it was sold before I could do anything about it...Sometimes you have to trust peoples word and show some common selling courtesy. But whatever what is done is done.. I just thought it was inconsiderate and rude.
And thanks..I was looking forward to knowing I had a B4 on its way for my birthday.. so much for that.
