Hey guys,

I wanted to give you another update. I talked to the machinist today. It took longer to get the materials than we originally thought. He also has a job he needs to finish before he can set up our parts. The first sample should ship out tomorrow. I should be able to check it out over the weekend and then give him the go ahead on Monday. It will take about a week to get the parts once he starts machining. So, in short, the plates should be available around the 3rd of October.

Hi guys,

I finally received the prototype plate last week. There were a couple minor fitment issues, mainly the clearances on everything were way too tight. I have communicated these changes to the machinist and he is busy milling the parts as I type. The plates will be available early next week.

Hey guys,

This project has taken forever to get done, but the parts should be mailed out by the end of the week (11/11/11). I received them on Thursday but there was one small problem and I gave them back to the machinist to correct it.

I ran one at Nor-Cal Hobbies yesterday and it worked great.
