Is this compatible with the DSM2 and is this the marine one also?

i am not sure about DSM2??? as far as i know, it is for just surface use (cars, boats, NO planes)

nope, just the 3300T telemetry receiver

correction: box opened, but everything is brand new, still packaged hardware, zip-tied to cardboard radio, etc.
