There is an option on the speed control called training mode , it limits the throttle and speed of the motor , set it to that and your daughter should have no problems at all , plus its a pretty bulllet proof system....

Training mode isn't fast enough. It's a BIG race track. It's the punch more than anything that is a little much. It's got some good torque to it, but I need fully programmable.
