If I were trying to get top dollar for a used buggy (which he is) I would at least clean the thing and make sure that things like shock shaft protectors and the like were present. Can't tell if the CVD's are rusty or just dirty. I've seen a lot cleaner buggys having a hard time being sold for less. Not bashing, just saying, if you think it's worth that much, you'll get buyers more likely to agree if it looks clean.
