Default Aluminum Rb5/ Rt5 bulkheads and steering racks

Well ladies and gentleman, i'm finally back at it! after a long hiatus parts are once again available!

Sick and tired of breaking that bulkhead or steering rack? Sick of having to rip apart the whole front end to change a $5 part? well we here are C.B. Products have your solution! Aluminum rb5/rt5 front bulkheads and steering racks! after many, many pm's we have decided to make more. i made a few over the weekend and posted in the rts and rb5 threads and they are pretty much all gone again... but please do not fret! we are making more as i type and will do our best to keep up on things as we make many things for the rc community!

all alum parts are made from 6061 aircraft grade alum, not some junk we pull off the shelf! so please do not think you are getting junk... all parts are 100% identical to the stock parts, so please do not worry about fitment.

the only thing we do different on the bulkheads, is the fact that the set screw hole is now tapped for a 5-40 set screw... the standard pinion set screw just for ease on the customer in case you lose it, it will be easily replaced

all items are shipped via usps first class unless stated, i try to ship all items within a day or so unless the item is currently in production, and if that is so i will let anyone know before they even pay

bulkheads will be $26 shipped, and the steering racks will be $16 shipped. all payment needs to be made via paypal unless you need to send a m/o, if that is the case please pm me.

if anyone has any questions/ comments, please feel free to pm me or simply post here, i am a very stand up guy and appreciate any and all feedback, weather good or bad

also, i will do my best to keep this post updated here at the bottom as to current inventory!

current:

bulkheads~ 2 in stock and always making more

racks~ 1 in stock and always making more

Default bulkhead mod

Hiya Chedda Bob,

Is there anyway you can tap the front bulkhead for 3mm screw threads instead?

I do not enjoy using standard screws... As a matter of fact, I switched from the AE rc10B4 to a RB5 specifically so I do not have to deal with standard screws.

Also, are the alu pieces finished in any coatings? or raw Alu?

I'm also located in Singapore, standard screws and grub screws are super hard and expensive to find/buy here (cost double to triple of an equivalent metric screw)

Hear from you soon!

-Alexander

Alexander, if you want i will send you some 5-40 set screws if it helps.... i'm sorry but i will not go back and change the set screw size.

the pieces are just raw alum, i have zero access to any type of anodizing, etc. sorry but they are what they are

Adric, it says right in the post that the holes are tapped for a 5-40 set screw. the same screw that holds a 1/10th scale pinion to the motors. if that is a problem then please ship them back when received and i will refund your $$. sorry if that is an inconvenience
