i paid on september 1st (my b-day of all days) and STILL do not have the tc3 or any contact from the seller

Same here mate, i have paid the 4th and haven t seen anything yet however I am in Australia but usually form US take no more than a week...

Did you have any contact with the seller over the last few days?? I PM him yesterday but I haven't heard anything yet and looks like the last time he post on the forum was the 5th. I will let you know as soon as I see something if this can help.

I say, officially, i have been scammed!
2 weeks ago, today, i paid him for the tc3 roller
i have gotten NO communication after SEVERAL attempts
and i have no roller, either.

BUYER BEWARE....

This was a rip off, lost all, nothing received and paypal didnt refund the money at all as the seller didnt have money available!!

Really?? But can i claim that i was dam enough to send money to someone i didnt know and that wasnt a proper business?

all you have to say is i paid and didnt get my product i received. I got scammed on here once and like 10 min after i sent the money i ended up finding material sayin he was a scammer so i put a dispute thru paypal, 2 months went by no money and paypal was still "thinking" so i went to my bank and told them the story,and it took about a week and paypal refunded 175 bucks but i paid 200 so my bank put a stop on my payment to paypal. and 25 more poped in my account. i HATE doing stuff online unless it with a trusted source. All i do on here is sell now.
