Default HARM 1/5th onroad car $500

Well its time to move on and let my pride and joy go. This is a 6 month old HARM Sr-1. Its RTR minus your transmitter. Its got a 75mhz Futaba FM receiver in it with the failsafe built in. The car is pretty modified with a SOLO racing engine for it, instead of the regular 23cc Zenoah engine. It runs off of a gas/oil mixture so there are no issues with tuning it like a nitro car. Just pour the gas in it and start it and go, its got a weedeater engine essentially. Will run for about 45 minutes on a tank of fuel. Comes with a really nice looking blue dodge viper body. Very fast, but pretty easy to control. Car is almost 3 feet long!!!! If you want the biggest most badass rc car to show up your friends with, this is it!!! Will do close to 50MPH. Doesnt sound like much, but the fact is this car weighs 22lbs and is almost 3 feet long. Its a land missle. Parts for it are easliy obtained online.

The car kit costs 775 dollars + 350 for teh body + 250 for racing engine + 100 for electronics = 1475 spent on this car. Its in really great shape, not perfect but not beat all to hell either. Asking 500 OBO

Details of the SR-1 Chassis

The motor support of the SR-1 is also the connection between rear axle and front construction. By that stable chassis construction and high crash safety is achieved.

The front axle comes stock with stabilizer bar. Toe-out, caster and camber are adjustable. The rear axle is also equipped with stabilizer. Toe-in, toe width and camber are adjustable. The transmission bracket made of alloy guarantees stable motor mounting and heat removal.

Delivery condition

The SR-1 is delivered completely pre-mounted. All screws are fixed with Loctite. The chassis delivered are all measured and adjusted with a basic setup. This enables the driver to get first impression and to gain experience with the new chassis right away without having problems through building or setup mistakes. First of all, of course the radio has to be build in and ride height needs to be checked. The ride height can be changed easily through adjustment of the damper springs.

Steering is a Futaba S3302 I believe it is (its nothing really special) and throttle will be a Hitec-700bb. Receiver im not sure of the exact model number off the top of my head aside from it being a futaba 75mhz with a failsafe built it.

I think the low-ball offers are unwarranted, especially for $300. However, I don't think there is parts support for this car anymore. HARM is not doing too well in terms of parts support even for their current cars. Probably that is the reason for the low-ball offers.

At the same time, breaking a HARM is like snapping a slab of titanium with a fingernail. Ain't gonna happen. $500 is a steal.

When you put OBO (or best offer) anywhere in your "for sale" thread, you are going to get lowball offers. If you are firm about the price, stick to it. If you lower the price, make it a firm price or you will continue to get lowball offers.

Alot of the duratrax firehammer parts fit over on this like suspension arms and shocks and knuckles. The main stuff you would break on this.
