Duratraz Ice Charger - $80/shipped

The time has come for me to step down from nitro racing. I've moved up to R/C helicopters and just bought my 3rd one the other day. That involves me using 6-cell lipo batteries. The Ice charger can only do up to 4-cell lipos and so here we are.

I've owned this charger for a little over a year now and have powered it with a SHE 14amp DC power supply. It has also seen time under the hood of my car when a track that I'm at doesn't provide power. It's fully functional and I'm passing it on the the members of RCTech at what I think is a great price.

Shipped inside the 48 US states at $80/OBO. Other locations will need to provide me with their location information for a quote but would prefer the simplicity of staying inside the US.

The only noteworthy things to say about the charger is that it saw the sun one race day in Wolcott, Connecticut and the plastic shield over the LCD screen shows a bit of warping on the edges. I've glued it down securely so there is no issues in that reguard. The only other semi-issue would be the sticking of the left scroll button on it occationally. I've called the service department for it and was advised that it is an issue they've seen before and offered a free replacement of the buttons or something along those lines but I didn't feel it was necessary at the time so didn't have it done as I wanted my charger in the house and not in the back of a UPS truck.

This charger will require a DC power supply as it does not support an AC plugin. So you will either need to own a DC power supply or some other form of 12v battery source.

The charger is VERY capable of doing all the batteries I've owned including AAA's, AA's, NiMH's, NiCd's and LiPo's. It will do from 1-10 NiMH/NiCd and 1-4 LiPo/Li-Ion.

Everybody else, thank you for the interest. If it's not bought by iroc today the $65 price stands for the next guy. I just ordered a new TP 1010C last night so now this Ice is officially retired. I haven't gotten a response from Iroc since he made the post so the first guy that raises their hand gets the charger. There is no favorites here, just want to see it go to a good home.
