I have a brand new in the box Tamiya F103GT Chassis Kit. The kit comes with wheels and tires, but no electronics or body. I've opened the kit and CA'd the edges on all the chassis plates. I then stopped and never assembled the kit. All the bags inside the kit are still sealed from the factory, I never opened any of them.
