Angry dc*90 is a SCAMMER

I paid for a servo from dc*90 on Monday Dec 29th and I still have not recived ether the servo, a refund or even a tracking number. He has said three different times that he has shipped it and I have not recived it. Now I am going to be short a servo for a up coming race and I'm out the money to buy a servo. I do not post this lightly I think I have given him every opprotunity to do the right thing and he has not so I just want to give every one a heads up.:f laming:

The only info I have on this guy is he lives in Northern Califorina and his e-mail is [email protected] and his "real" (cause who really knows) is John Rouse. I did file a paypal claim last night I just hope they find in by favor but I'm not holding up any hope that I will get any money back. I only paid $35 but it is $35 I do not have any more.

Your headline for your thread needs to include his rctech name. Somebody might recognize the name. Unfortunately some people just past your thread by. It should go something like this "dc*90 is a scammer".

What I find works 100 times better than trying to accomplish a google or yellow pages name search is message everyone he has traded with, bought and sold stuff to - ask them if they still have his address, or a phone number and then use it - email him thru the site, email his paypal address (put a read receipt on it) call his house give him 24-72 hours to provide tracking info or provide refund, do not be afraid to file a police complaint, as well as paypal fraud, and make sure to escalate it to a full on dispute.

Cool

Start a new post with the title of " Looking for / or does anyone know dc*90, possible scammer! " This will get the attention of more people. Also you can look at this profile page and see when was the last time he logged on. I had a issue with a seller on here and it worked in getting my stuff. I was a NOOB (still am) but with help from guys on here, it all worked out. Good luck!
