has nothing to do with the mistake...we all make them....but to tell me to MOVE On is an arrogant thing to say that in my opinion says alot about your charachter...you made the mistake not me....my money refunded and a simple apology for the mix up was all i really wanted but instead you had to add a little bit of arrogance to it...

i am done with this....
