Easy one button operation, requires no external power, large size cooling fan built-in, auto cut-off prevent overcharge and cell reversal, this is a very reliable device and can train battery to attain higher output voltage.

This looks and works as new and I rarely used this item as I use my charger to discharge my packs. Selling for $25 plus shipping.
