I know him. I've done trades with him and purchased items from him. Some I picked up, some he shipped.
Always as they were represented.
He races at Mikes in Dallas. He always has items for sale or trade.
I know of several others who have made purchases with out problems.

I'm not a friend on here defending him. I own a track 120 miles away fom him.

You should be okay.

This goes to show how important it is to communicate during a sale regardless or you'll start seeing your name in "bright lights." I was also interested in this RB5.

Man I know LOSI SCOTT , race with him and to be honest I have stake in this too since the shocks off that rb5 are going to ME so we went in on it. The real deal is dont print a damn label and then not ship for days afterward, if you had a problem getting to the post office or whatever, let the man know! Dont just ignore pm's and emails hoping he will go away, that's how your name ended up here man!By the choices you made, not the ones scott made. The only thing Scott knew is he paid you,you wouldnt return any pm's or emails, but he could see where you have been here on tech posting so he knew you had received his PM's.So he filed a paypal claim and came on here to warn others because he thought you were ripping him off and didnt want it to happen to any body else. Now you gotta come on here and try and defend some choices that you made because Scott got tired of sending PM's with no response. So When did the buggy actually ship??Last week? 2 days ago? or after he filed the paypal claim?Regardless it doesnt look good on you man.

I know Scott and have bought stuff from him. He isn't the type to come on here and start rumors. Maybe a tracking number would put this to rest?

I feel for ya losi scott I hope you get your product you ordered. Hopefully it was just a oversight on his part not someone trying to pull one over on somebody. Keep us posted on how it turns out.
