As title States, brand new GTB/13.5 combo. Bought for 259.99 in July, mounted it in a car but never got to use it. It has never been turned on. 13.5 is the ribbed can w/ sintered rotor, and the GTB has lipo cutoff circuitry. Again, this item is new and unused.

It has never been turned on, therefore it has never been used. Yes I mounted it in a car and shortened the wires accordingly. I didnt say it was new in box or new in package. But the ESC and Motor have both never had power through them. A battery has never been hooked up to the ESC. If you want pictures, I will email one. my email address is [email protected]
