well i don't know whatever happened to chris but no responses. filed with ebay and they filed in my favor but no money. fortunately i used a credit card through paypal so i'll be making that call tomorrow. this was also to be a donation for a kid at my local track so thanks a lot....

ok, some faith restored in the system. was able to recover my money through my credit card company. i don't know what is going on with chris and his personal problems but i will not be dealing with him again.
