Longtime users and good feedback usually means some type of setback. Maybe a family emergency? I wouldn't say he ripeed you guys off yet but when you buy something you do expect some sort of answer from the guy. Somebody may have hesitated to send money so one TP was paid twice. A refund may be coming to one guy. Hopefully you guys did not get scammed. Good luck to all.
