I have found a few more things in the hobby room that I don't need.

(old but still takes a good charge)

Yes all prices include shipping within the US.
Yes the igniter unscrews like most so you can swap out the rechargable battery inside. The igniter worked fine last time I used it but it has been sitting for a while so it might need to be charged again.
