Brand new. Never used. This is an IntelliPeak AC/DC Deluxe Pulse Charger with compact power supply for Charging/Discharging Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) Battery Packs. Model number DTXP4120
