Outlaw Power

I have a Picco .26 Outlaw. Comes with a new piston and sleeve, but they need to be installed. I bought the motor from a guy online and he told me it was in great running condition. When I got it, it had poor compression and when I pulled it apart I saw that the piston and sleeve where all scratched up and the piston sticking at TDC. I ordered the sleeve and piston kit, but while I was waiting for it I found another Picco, so I bought it. I have no need for 2 so this one needs to go.
