WANT TO TRADE HPI MICRO RS4 + XTRAS FOR MINI-T/RC18B/T OR OTHER MICRO TRUCK!
I've got a KIT VERSION HPI MICRO AWD RS4 that I'd like to do a straight across trade for a LOSI brand MINI-T or MICRO-T, preferably with some options, otherwise picking up the new BAJA Mini-T looks pretty tempting.....:-) Just have to rationalize it to myself financially, like everything else in life.
OK, MY MICRO RS4 comes with an installed STOCK XRAY motor (about 11mph with the stock plastic pinion) as well as a BRAND NEW IN PACKAGE (TUBE) ORION BIG BLOCK ($35-#39 retail normally)MOTOR with the custom purple anodized motor plate to handle it. The BIG BLOCK literally drops in with the custom motor plate.
I've got at least one 6 cell 900 or 1100mah NIMH pack for it (can't remember which), but it was enough to spin the tires easily even using a GMV3R ESC. ALL FOUR TIRES. Drifting without using special tires. Not sure how long ago that was though. Batteries still hold a charge though. I was planning to go Mamba with this but I've tested another Big Block in this one and it was FAST ENOUGH and yet still was good enough to run for at least 5-8 miutes.
I played with the car a total of LESS than 2 full hours easily after building it up and putting the XRAY motor in it. ONLY used it INSIDE and I put a Carbon Fiber adhesive sticker on the bottom of the STOCK chasis just to give i some protection and to make it look cooler. Maybe 2 visible scratches underneath that sticker!
Also includes whatever Micro RS4 parts, extras (I had 2 of them so I should have xtra parts, steel pinnion gear NIP, parts still on the plastic parts tree, xtra outer rims, standard purple anodized parts, might have xtra inners and tires, not sure if I have already sold that. Might have an xtra battery pack but can't guarantee it until I look inside my storage unit. DIVORCE HAPPENS! Not my idea. Just want my kids MORE OFTEN!!
I'm including the GMV3R ESC and the BRAND NEW ORION BIG BLOCK MOTOR KIT. This is ALSO a 1/12 or 1/10 scale reversing ESC with reverse lockout I believe. Mild motor winds but the GM series back then was TINY compared to any comparable ESC. It's obviously been used but it works perfectly and I'll test it to make sure it still works. This car NEVER weto storage and I've kept it with my personal RC suff.
Also comes with a custom painted BMW body, nice job imho and it looks nice just sitting there.
No other mod's at all. Bone stock and has been since new except for replacing the POJ HPI mini 180 motor to the Xray which has a capacitor board so you don't have to wire them like on the HPI's stock motor.
Also changed the battery/ESC to standard DEAN'S PLUGS to make charging the battery, or using it in 10th scale car easier.
That's about it. Fuzzy pics due to camera phone. Radio and receiver are NOT INCLUDED, unless you have a REALLY AMAZING MICRO-T, MINI-T, RC18B/T, INFERO or other MINI or MICRO TRUCK!! I can put in some cash if necessary to even out the deal, but this is a VERY nice, barely used, didn't even wear out a set of alkalines on it while using it.
