Hello,
Ezlinx.net is an ISP/WISP located in Wilkes-Barre, PA that also specializes in the repair of wireless internet equipment.
We repair Cisco, Motorola Canopy, Alvarion, Proxim, Trango, and Tranzeo units.
We currently offer two repair plans:
Pay Per Unit Plan:
We will repair your equipment for a fixed charge. Repair prices vary greatly due to the many different types of wireless equipment. Charges are determined by the manufacturer of the equipment, frequency range, and type of equipment (Subscriber / Access). Please call for a quote. We do not charge to examine your equipment so there is no charge unless we fix it!
50/50 Plan:
Our alternate plan is what we call the 50/50 plan. Send us all your broken equipment and we will repair as much of it as we can. When we are done, the repaired equipment is split 50/50 between your company and ours. We will send you back your half of the repaired equipment as well as any equipment that we couldn't fix. There is no monetary charge to you except the shipping charges to get the equipment to us. This plan works well for companies that have a box (or in some cases boxes) of broken equipment sitting in a corner somewhere. They don't know what to do with the equipment because repair charges would be astronomical and the units are out of warranty. Thanks to the 50/50 plan half of that broken equipment can be turned into working assets!
We test all units for full functionality after our repairs. Tests are performed for association, attenuation, as well as traffic. We reset all units to full factory defaults and provide reports on our repairs. We have many customers satisfied with our repair work and just in case you are not satisfied all units come with a 30 day warranty.
If you are interested we will gladly forward an email with instructions on how to send your equipment in.
