Default OS speed for parts cheap
It’s the 1st gen vz, rod has a lot of play, mainly needs rod if you can find one, has maybe half gallon on new bearings. Only comes with the blok head, can’t make out the type of carb $60

From the looks of it.. may need a rebuild more than a rod and yes they are os max vx-b based or should be.. and the top of the head is clipped.
