A guy in canada. But I don't think he is doing them any more. I got 2 of mine done w/ his, and 1 w/ LED's. I would like to change out the LED one for the good one.

Board member PB was selling kits but he is not selling them anymore. His source for the transformer stop producing. It is an EL sheet behind the display, very easy to do. Ebay has EL sheets but most come with a transformer that will not fit inot the Ice case.
