I still have not received my item and he was paid $200 by me on 1/19/06 and had strung it out for a while. I believe I was pretty patient. I could probably make the poor man's life a little hellish if need be but that's just not my typical style, though it seems to be heading that direction. Four months is a little past the patience scale.

humberto, joe or whatever the hell your name is right now, this is your last chance before it is totally handed over to the authorites. by the way, martin at inkeonline probably will have some questions for you, he is not happy about being contacted by numerous people about you. here is my last pm to you, i advise you take it seriously!!
like alex i have also contacted the toronto fraud unit which the phone number is 416-808-7300. on top of that i have contacted the u.s. post master generals office, canada post postal inspectors office, f.c.c., f.t.c. and the f.b.i., all of whom are ready to take a complete report when i ask. i have already givin all of them much of your information and the f.b.i. and u.s. post master generals office seemed extremely interested and more than willing to have agents come to my home to take a report and get copies of all of our and your online dealings and they are very interested in your "charity race" for toronto sick childrens hospital. if need be i will retain alex's attorney to deal with you, i am willing to spend the money to see you suffer, that is unless i see the $40 you owe me in my paypal account within 48 hours. my paypal is [email protected] and i sincerely hope you do the right thing.

If you guys are still having problems you can do what I did. Some one on here told me to phone the police in his town, (just hop online to a search engine and look for the towns police) and file a report with the FBI ICCC. I mentioned that to the guy I had problems with and everything turned out to be found. It's worth a try.
